That is total BULL. This is why I shun and abhor things like this. There are those who give themselves fake power. They get off being in power. They get off making decisions and choices about others. The reason they need this is because they don't have power in their own lives. They need to control others to feel like they have some kind of control. It is BS. This is not about you as much as it is about them. Let it go and move on.
