Annoying flicker shuttering horizontal line(s) after and before watching YouTube videos.
Fix:
1. Watch any Youtube video
2. While the video is playing, right-click on the player and select "Settings".
3. Click to the first tab in the settings window and uncheck the "Enable hardware acceleration" box.
4. Click "Close" and try watching any Youtube video in full screen mode again.
Worked for me, thanks pal!

Interesting... My computer is doing this too, only I get a GREY flickering line. and occasionally it's a large "box" instead.
This fix didn't help. Any other ideas? I'm using a HD6950 and I've tried turning off Overdrive.
It mostly happens in Firefox. I've had one similar flicker in a game but never when anything was going on in 3D...

got it working by flashing bios (gigabyte has a tool named @ vga bios --> if you have a gigabyte card then download this software. after that step download the actual bios version from the manufacturer page and flash yours with the program named above. tip: before doing that save your old bios)

i have the same problem too. i read through various forums but nonthing helped but to disable hardware acceleration. anyway could this be a hardware issue or do you think the problem is the driver software? I 'm thinking about to send the gpu back to the manufacturer to get a new one, but does this solve the problem?
