How about this:
Under TWU "protection" an employee of TELUS loses the right to legal representation and must rely on union representation. And if the union does not feel it wants to put resources toward an employee's grievance, the employee has NO recourse.
This is why TELUS still has a union. They want to be able to crush all forms of real resistance using the very thing that was brought about to resist them.
And all strikes are illegal now.
And walking on certain parts of the road too.
