Li Jing, daughter of Master Li Jun Feng ( former chief coach of Beijing Wushu team) performs Taiji Shen Gong.
Taiji Shen Gong is a system of qigong composed of three sections; Heaven, Earth, and Humanity. According to Master Li Jun Feng, this arrangement demonstrates the history of the universe. Through the practice of Taiji Shen Gong, it is possible to better understand Nature, and through one's appreciation of Nature, the movement itself can be fully comprehended. "With the practice of this form, you merge with Nature and build better health through the transformation of yin and yang," Master Li explains. The movements of Taiji Shen Gong have a special flavor and rhythm. Movements are sometimes fast and sometimes slow. All levels will benefit from its practice.

  • Wonderful! IS there DVD with her in it?

  • Yes. Both Li Jing and her father Master Li Jun Feng`s demonstartion is in the DVD.

  • Couldn`t you explain where we must make inhalation and when - exhalation... And what is the orientation - to North or to South? - when we are practising? Be so kind please...

Video is SUPERB! It is very powerfull set and each one may confirm its positive effects... THANKS!

  • Usually, when hands go upward or forward, inhale; when hands go downward or backward, exhale. There is no requirement about the direction and the time when one practices. Thank you!

  • How to get a copy of the DVD?

  • She's amazing!!!

U can see how she plays with her chi!

    Love it! What an inspiration!!!!

  • No, absolutely not effortlessly. Not on the outside, but her internal energy is raging. More than half Tai ch'i practitioners don't know that it's a martial art, or know the essence of it, Chi Gung.
