Let's Play Resident Evil4 Part 19{BLIND}

If they can use ladders to get in the second floor, leave Luis at the stairs to hold them off and knock down the ladders, and if need be run back to the stairs and give them a taste of shotgun. Never let them get behind you, any time there is a lull in the fighting, reload, and check behind you to make sure none got past.

I've never played this game, but you should use the stairs as a choke point. Station Luis at the top, and face down it firing shotgun shells for maximum damage on a group. Also you can drop grenades down on them from the second floor.

Well, you were right about blocking up the windows and grabbing all the stuff, but don't just go right up to the windows to kill them, that'll leave you open for attack on all other sides, hang back around Luis and if you need to, retreat upstairs. Don't use your flash grenades right away, the fight will eventually go upstairs and there will be A LOT more Plagas Heads there, so use your flashes then when you have a bunch of them on screen. Run around kill and knock down ladders, you'll get it
