Wash and dredge about 1lb of thin chicken cutlets in flour. Add 2tbs of butter & olive oil to pan and cook until done, about 3-4 minutes on each side (depending on thickness)
remove from pan when done and set aside.
add another 2tbs of butter & olive oil to pan and add 3 cloves of garlic. Cook for 1 minute and add about 3/4 cup of chicken stock. Add salt & pepper to desired taste. Reduce to half, add the zest of 1 lemon and the juice of the lemon as well. sprinkle some flour (like 1/2 tsp) to thicken it if you like.
Pour over cooked cutlets & serve.

  • i dono if this is a stupid question ive never cooked anything like this but does anyone know what the minced garlic was mixed with in the tupperware?

  • @jpvilla30 It's just Garlic that i chop ahead of time and keep in the fridge in Olive Oil :)
