I have a tip for you... the bushmen do it in South Africa... when you are squeezing something for water, stick your thumb out and it will run down there. you probably already know this... great video.. thank you

do those only grow in the northwest?

Ya he's having fun destroying the mycelium under the forest canopy. I really liked how he took a couple of cheap LIB shots at Gingridge while ruining the mushroom ground by pulling the mushrooms out of the ground. Now that's a smart LIB.

Where can I find you sir? If you want to keep it more private we can work something out. Let me know. I live in Sheridan, I assume you live near Pacific City??? New Port???

Are Those any better than Yellow or White Chanteralles ???

No They are not any better , but I think they are just as good. I really like the very young specimans for stir frys or Oriental dishes. Also, I found them listed in an old cookbook (circa 1895) as the false truffel. When dried and reconstituted they resemble truffels due to the dark butter earth flavor they produce upon drying.
