  • thanks for this episode bro, a lot of good info, it motivated me to take my measurements of my body this morning and your right, we need to be making notes of where we are and where we want to go. i say i want to compete in my first show next year and im trying now with food and diet and rest to get there, i know now i need to choose a show and make it real. my knees are a huge concern but ive already passed my expectations, so no sense in stopping now, my thigh measured 22 3/4 ,gotta catch up !

    2. Get bigger.

    7. Don't get injured, discouraged.

    8. Check quarry for part-time job pulverizing rocks.

    8a) Toss parcels or luggage part-time.
