Umm you need bicep for lap geng sao, kou sao lan sao and and takedowns using inside gate. but I do get the point. I can't stress it enough to students in the early phase. They seem to think tensing your bicep makes you look stronger and hit harder. They soon get rid of that Idea haha. great video :)
