The Empire troops give an online tutorial on how to adjust the OEM Cam Chain Tensioner on a 2003/2004 zx636. Theres no need for an aftermarket tensioner when you can just adjust the OEM one. This will be the first of many online tutorials from the Empire camp!

Just finished doing this little trick to my zx636 b1h after it sounded like a machine gun, I must say I couldn't be happier. the engine is soooooo smooth now and the exhaust just makes a single note where as before it was hunting.
Thank you so much Thumbs up from me :)
