@hitssquad It is a metabolic pathway for digestion and allows one's body to maintain homeostasis. But, research has demonstrated that in practice, increased levels of cholesterol in the blood as well as an increased likelihood of developing kidney stones.

I do not recommend using agave sweetners - use stevia or xylitol instead.
