Stainless steel construction with 10cms thick Insulation material.
Floor is insulation with 3mm thick stainless steel chequered sheets.
Doors are automated sliding door with triple glazed viewing glass
2 x 25hp Extra large aircooled condensing unit with R404a refrigerant 100% standby arrangement
3 x 4 fanned aluminum alloy chiller evaporator with electrical defrost sytem
Jumo Papper less recorder with laptop,printer and internet connectivity to record data and store it for analizing.
Alarm system with audio visual alert system and special GPRS/GSM Module to auto dial technician, doctors and management if any problems should arise.
Control Panel with phase protection , overloads , oil pressure , contactors , hour meter etc etc
Backup diesel genset with autostart incase of power failure.
Over 10 internal tempreture probes and hygrometer for mapping of tempreture and humidity at different locations inside of cold room.

wire it to the evap coils fan motors use a contactor mount it on the panel and use a piece of sheet metal formed for your need to push the arm or whisker door opens fan stop door closes fans on.. it helps the compressors and it also insure people wont get sick due to minus temperatures

what type of limit switch.. and how would you wire it into the system

what would be its function and would it be NC or NO
