i dnt understand how you get the weight down so initially when you start. I weigh the same as you and i always need a friend to really push be underneath with 300 ilbs where i can rep 8 so far but the point being that at 210 i can not initially bring the weight down. My machine is different from yours but the weight is non the less 300 ilbs.

@animal1622 haha i try and mix them into my routine every once and awhile and i get some little strain every time. even when i use light weight for high reps. My one rep max military press is 160 and when use 70lbs BNP's for 20 rep i still get hurt. they are out for good now.

maybe coz my seat is to far down or the rope is to high up or maybe ur taller? God knws.

dude fukin nuts. ive recently maxed out at 262.5 and that was one rep. 300 x 18 is rediculous

please try doing it behind your back and staying vertical with a palm facing forward wide grip. That is the style I use. I am curious to see how much stronger you are than I. You are the first I have seen who is clearly stronger. Please post a vid response if possible. Thanks
I would NEVER do behind the neck pull-downs or behind the neck presses!!! Terrible for the shoulder joint! Additionally, my goal is not to compare myself to anyone else in terms of strength. My only measure of comparison in strength is against my own previous performances. I leave the job of comparison up to the judges when I step onstage, because that's the only comparison that matters for me...it' their job to decide how I stack up to the guys standing next to mine, not mine!
