Can someone please advice me on how to deal with a fixed penalty fare for Depositing Litter under Section 87 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990..?

I threw a cigarette on the floor and was given a fixed penalty for it!

On eBay you can get older versions cheaper. It is silly to shell out over $30. I got mine for $12 shipped. Some might be available for download for free on different places on the internet.

Is it worth it? I will tell you this. When judges decide that they will rule against you, no matter what you present to the contrary, you will get ruled against. Judges very very rarely overrule another judge. So it a fight worth it? No.

The study is a step in the path of enlightenment.

Lots of Freeman on the land have told me to look into the Blacks book 9th edition for understandings of meanings... such as ''Do you understand?'' meaning do you stand under.

What i wanted to know is, is the black's book is applyed/used in courtrooms in the UK.

If not are the meanings the same anyway (UK & USA) if i wanted to buy this book???.

Its rather expensive £60 (just for a book!), so just want to just doubble check.

I do not mean to impose, but reason for our existence is to provide differentiation from the Absolute, God, Allah, Buddha whatever you want to call it, for in being perfect it can not be aware of itself and must create some to contrast to perceive something other than itself. We are to do spiritual practices and elevate our true selves, the spark of the divine back to the Source, much as a molecule of water goes through the water cycle.

The soapbox was an epic fail as was the pulpit which was compromised by the 501(c)3 (US SIDE) rules/regulations, and the bullet box against the well equipped armies of the world? No gonna happen, and besides who wants bloodshed?

John realizes that seeing the matrix and the utter lawlessness is an opening into pursuing enlightenment. He thinks that this enlightenment is more mental/philosophical, but those who have been on the path know that it is ultimately spiritual.

No, John has seen the futility in trying to fight the system. What he says about the Corporations is true, and what he says about the non-governments is true. But he realizes that people will never be allowed to realize any true freedom regardless of what legal maneuvers they use because the people in charge back in the day made the rules and if these silly rules are made then they can be unmade and changed and when the state has a gun and you don't you obey or die. No resistance.
