I think they both were/are great in their own right. Of course Luther is the original, but gladly Bob didn't just copy but brought in his own ideas, too, what made him a respectable follow-up of Luther.

As mentioned in the video information and title, this concert was 17th September 2007 in the Iveagh Movie House, Banbridge, Co Down (do a google search if still lost) and the backing band is Off the Cuff who always play with Bob over here. It was not the Tennessee Three so not sure on the where abouts of the others, I hope this helps.
