  • Where did you get your VCR cover in the background from mate?

  • @GanEdenAustralia Panasonic NV-HS950AM S-VHS, ebay for an exorbitant price when I was doing wedding videos I wanted the cleanest possible VHS dubs...also has TBC for clean VHS-->DVD conversions. No real need for it now...pity I hardly used it.

  • Does it provide the same high definition recording quality as you use the HDV tape?

  • @zzmandtrp yes

  • What is the size of the file when you log & transfer from the CF cards. When I use HDV tape it is approximately 13 gb per hour. What is the size of the file after you transfer using the CF cards? Thank you

  • @kleyon11 same, ~12Gb per hour for the M2T files

  • Is there anyway to check that you are positively getting a video

stream from the fire wire connection? It would be suck if you recorded

an event and found out the connection was loose.

  • were did you buy the mette box

  • This helped a lot, thank you so much! I just have a few questions to ask if you dont mind.

Does a battery come along with the product or is it sold separate, if so what kinda batter would be needed? And is it mounted that way for other cameras aside from the N7U, N5U, etc.

  • What type of recording were you doing with the HV20? (1080i/p? 60/24?)

  • what are CF:> used For

  • @monyx1101 Cheers mate. Where in Oz are you? I'd like to get into weddings but no idea how to edit and add effects etc..I have a few HD Pro cameras as well like the JVC HD200 and Sony FX1. I used Sony Vegas Pro 10.
