@zahersaededen It's simple....If Hamas stopped firing at Israel, then Israel would have no need or reason to retaliate. If you pick a fight with your bigger neighbor, do you expect him to stand by while you take pot shots at him? No, he's going to beat the daylights out of you to get you to stop...and you would deserve what you got!

With all the talk of international law in this video, there's a glaring omission: the presence of combatants does not alter the civilian nature of an area. So, the presence of a HAMAS rocket launcher or AA gun atop a building does not turn the entire building into a legitimate military target. Both sides target civilians--the ratio of Palestinian and Lebanese civilian to military casualties speaks for itself. The difference is that Israel pretends that it only strikes military targets.

@DDTea  ...and how do you propose stopping someone from threatening your life by shooting at you while he or she is standing immediately next to an uninvolved civilian? Ignore it, and it'll go away while he shoots at you? Hell no. You'll shoot back....with the possibility that some of your rounds may not necessarily hit the intended target. If you're the assailant, and u intentionally placing yourself into a crowd of unarmed, uninvolved parties to shield yourself, then you're in violation.
