Jan-Mar '10 Hoop & pole

Just to show that I am still here... it has been soooo cold this winter! so most of our "pole nights" haven't been very productive! Azzwoo got a hoop at christmas so we had a play with that. There's the bit of the superman spin we both had a go at, before I managed to pull a muscle in my back or something - it was cramped up for two days!! Then lastly my new move - bit of a story behind it actually - we'd gone to a work meal but hubby had had enough and so we went home early much to my annoyance. So I figured if I couldn't have a go on the pole at the club I might as well pole at home. My pissy fit soon passed as the room was the perfect temperature for poling, and I managed to get a star!!
