but i olny waer the Gi in jiu-jitsu or other soprts with Gi's.

But itsn't kaiten geri in karate?And doesen't karate require a Gi?And what belt are you in karate? :)

Well it is the kaiten geri from Kyokushin, And yes u need to wear a Gi but this training was After Kickboxing, And i have no belt in Kyokushin.

Kaiten Geri is my favorite kick for sure, especially if your opponent is on the ground flat =)
