Been scanning some of my old Men of 992 photos and added a pretty good version of crowd pleaser Pablo Picasso from a gig in 1985 at Stockports Manchester Arms. This gig was notable for 2 reasons.Derby was sacked for Hammond Organ related crimes. Serial Organ hater Sinuf Mood said he would leave the band due to Derby appearing with it instead of the usual bank of synths and us having to hump it up the fire escape. He also insisted on pressing the keys between tunes whilst Sinuf was introducing the next one. No Singer and Bass player would have meant the end of the band so it was hasta la vista Derby. It was also the first ever guest appearance of the late ,great Dave Moss who gives a great Tenor Sax performance and became a regular guest with us.The Iron guitar from Iron Lung days was used for a brainbiting feedback solo...oh to be young again
