Take the risk.

Do not settle to be one more!

no one forces you.

Nothing is written,
nothing is done.

Not even the impossible.

Everything depends of our will!

Unleash the power that comes
from deep down inside: Yes I can!

We have the power:
When we are determined.
When we are convinced.

When you truly want something
there is no obstacle to stop you.

If we want, we can go very high,
Do whatever it is
Only have to propose.

Face your destiny!

Overcome obstacles step by step.

Do not be just a spectator.

Try it!

Do not lament to yourself!
Leave your fears!

Be strong!

Swim a little stronger every day!

Your breaths will be full of achievements
and your life meaning.

Cycling a little further every day!

Run a little faster every day!

When you feel the distance

strengthen your spirit.

Just propose.

To all of them ...

to which always wear
the same clothes,
those who believe in superstitions
and those who wear amulets,
those who plead, staring at the sky,
those who resist and tremble,
those who make promises,
those who continue to
advance only spirit,
those who are still breathing
when they run out of air,
those still fighting when
all seems to be lost.

They all suffer but
do not complain.

They know that the pain goes,
the sweat dries,
the fatigue is over.

They are convinced that
every opportunity is
as if it were the last.

That life itself is a challenge.

When we reach the final hour
of our destiny ...

There will be something that eternally
will never goes away!

The value of trying!
The satisfaction of doing!
The pleasure of living it!

In our bodies run
the same blood.

Our spirit is what
makes us different.

The determination
to reach the top.

A summit which is not reached
outperforming others
only surpassed yourself.

Spare time
for those who surrender!

Time is missing to realize
our dreams.

What are you waiting for?

Every story has a beginning
and it has come to an end.

Time for your truth come.

comply what
fate has given to you.

After running miles
in complete solitude and
I realized that I am not
nor have I been perfect.

I learned that I can get
to where others
cannot follow.

Even though they say I'm
crazy, rebellious and foolish
to get up and go for
the unattainable.

I have understood that the
limits are our limits.

If we fall, is for us
To learn to stand up.

I am now
at the other end,
which is beyond the
unreachable limits.

Here on the other side, we are a few.

Free your dreams.

Believe, have faith in yourself
