it cost $35,000.00 a year to keep one prisoner in prison. Their are to many laws in California. If u are late paying the State income tax, u go to prison. u dont pay child support on time u go to prison. u spit and slap your wife, because she cheated on her husband. the husband goes to prison.

that blonde is beautiful and intelligent and she totally shows up Bill because the prisons have 5 years to get rid of the inmates and crimes committed by drug addicts is only 50% but if drugs were legal it would drop down dramatically

@LisaBaby67 However, the prison system was only built for half its current population. The problem is prisoner control and the guards being overwhelmed.
