Biography:
"Plague Cloud" is a mutant Lehrak created by Makuta Mutran, with enhanced powers. It had the ability to spread diseases throughout villages, and to infect plant life around it's area. For some time, "Plague Cloud" has been assigned to watch over Metru Nui along with other Rahkshi, by Makuta Teridax who is now controlling the Matoran Universe.
