It was nice. Not gonna say anything more than that. No offence to the practitioners but it wasn't spectacular. Nice to see people practicing it though, not enough people out there loving jo work ... eeryone seems to go straight to the bokken and forget about the jo.

I agree, you should start aikido, it is an ideal martial art for old people like yourself.

weel, it is the first part of the 31 Jo kata partner practice. It is very hard to master, but these two have it down to a tee!

Thanks for the info. I don't do martial arts but these two look pretty cool! I may even seek out a Dojo to find out more.

Yes ... they are very good. I wish I knew more about the kata perhaps you could enlighten me ... I saw them in Cornwall and just had to stop the car to film them!!! I may have another video if I do I will post it here. They said they were big fans of Steven Segal and try to emulate his view on life!
