Ever heard of the book by Spencer Johnson? Well with all the commotion happening on Facebook nowadays with all the changes that they have made, it reminded me of this great book about change and how we are adapting to it. Which of the character in the book can you associate with? What do you have to do in your life to make the appropriate change? Are you willing to make the changes or do you keep resisting?

Thank you for your sharing the book, another of my favorites. The more we read , the more we realize how much we don't know about ourselves from other 's perspectives. It's a beautiul thing and I have found that I have to read the books, study the books, to really get the writers point of view and to grow and take action from what I've learned. You're Awesome !!!

Great video and great information. We are all creatures of habit, aren't we? I bought the "Who Moved My Cheese" audio book a few years ago ... but it's been a while since I listened to it. Thanks for the reminder. Going to dig that one out!
