@Mitsuki18 PLEASE do not use ice packs. Even though it helps the pain temporarily, it ultimately only makes the pain more severe. Trust me-- I learned this the hard way.

You and I are in the same situation. I am 21 and have been treated with Methadone for three years now for my EM. For me, it is not enough, but has reduced my "peaks" of pain. I no longer have to sit with my feet in ice-cold water several times a day which was my only way of getting relief before, and I guess that it is thanks to my perscription. What has happened with your treatment since you posted this vid? Hope you're well and that the horse-thing happened for you ;)

@BarfotabarnetBlom Methadone has done something similar for me. It hasn't been the cure-all solution, but it has made my pain more manageable. I also feel WAY more clear-headed than I did on MS Contin.

Ashley, are you still using methadone? What dose and can you take it indefinitely or are there negative side-effects?

I have EM as well and that irrates me that you would ask her to show you her breast. How rude is that do know what it is like to be in pain and have red burining feet your such an asshole. She's a human being and you have know idea what pain is like. I hope you never do but if you do may have god have mercy on your soul. You fucken jackess.

I start methadone tomorrow for chronic pain management. I would actually prefer to take 60-90 mg of oxycodone everyday because of the negative side effects of methadone but yeah.. the docs only give me 120 5mg oxys which is a joke btw. so I just said f it Im going to the clinic. but yeah I have talked personally to heroin addicts that said they needed heroin to get off methadone. Im curious how long you have been on and how your doing now? if your general overall health is being affected?

just thought id right, Im really curious how he methadone has been??? im desperatley trying to get on it,im 20 and have had EM for 7 years and also have developed a constant migraine now for 5 months, i just curious as to how your methadone works because im even looking at Deep brain stimulation as a cure to my life essentially
