Slade fell in to lava at the end of the terra episode, and was brought to hell, underworld, w/e u wanna call it. Trigon, ravens father said he'd give him his life back if he followed his orders, basically all the junk he did with raven but in the end he ends up betraying trigon an helping the titans in a way where they'll go back to being enemies when it's all over. The show doesn't feature him in it's last season, but hes still alive. He may return in the next sson if they get to make it.
