One major Crossfit goal is to do x15 bodyweight OHS. Having done x200 slow lunges 2 days prior at the end of a workout, the legs were very sore going into this today. Not a good WOD when the 'ol legs are this tender but got through it with a decent time and OHS weight. I've got it in me, just not today!
OHS: 85kg x15 reps, 90kg (198#) x14

drop weight after 15 reps
rest 1 min after last set - strip weight to get 95#/65# on bar
