I have tried meds combined with therapy and it has helped me a little. Still not cured :( You should all come and talk to us other SA sufferers on Mapofmates.

I can't create interesting conversations with people I can probably only say how r u and stuff but after wards I can not think of anything to say I look around so much thinking about what to say next but really its hard for me but hopefully I'll get better at it!

Alot of the drugs that are prescribed dont make the problem better, there are safer ways to deal with social anxiety drugs are nothing but a temporary fix. im not depressed or have anxiety issues i just pop shit cus i have issues thats besides the point. people please try to find other means of salvation than the pills that are handed to us by doctors

i have the exact same thing as you, i actually have turned to drugs to make me forget about my horrible life, no one understands me , im glad u came out and shared ur story atleast i know im not the only one.
