I want to go kill a bellweather baby lamb that's only drank mother's milk and see if I can cook like TK. Hmm, doubtful, however, this man really inspires me to push the limits of my own cooking and what I feel is possible to create in a kitchen. The connection to the food and the slow movements in the kitchen. See that's the key to this shit, take your time, any great restaurant I've ever eaten at is not rushed, but slow and methotical.
