If you change oil on time you can use any cheap oil. I do that, never had wear on any engine and I drive them hard.

ive seen this test roil is the BEST engine product ever, ive used it in every vehicle i have owned for years, vans & cars diesel and petrol.

Engines run quieter, last alot longer, and mpg is better, my merc 312 van ran to 240,000 miles and was still as good as new, mpg up from 450per tank to 510miles per tank.
