【炒肉絲】
主料 / 剝皮辣椒 適量、霜降肉 1片、豆干 5塊、蔥 2支、辣椒 2支、太白粉 1/3小匙
調味料 / 醬油 1小匙、糖 1/2小匙、香油 1小匙、鹽 1/3小匙
做法:
1、材料皆切成絲,備用。
2、豆干汆燙撈出備用;肉絲用醬油、鹽、太白粉、水抓馬醃漬備用。
3、油1大匙入肉絲翻炒,加入豆干炒香,入其他配料翻炒並調味,最後淋上香油,即可盛出。

【香菇雞湯】
主料 / 剝皮辣椒 6支、雞腿 3支、香菇 3朵
調味料 / 鹽 1/2小匙、胡椒粉 1/4小匙
做法:
1、煮一鍋水,放入雞腿。
2、香菇切片,放入鍋中;放入剝皮辣椒及湯汁。
3、最後可依個人喜好調味,即可。
