    Thank you very much for the "good job." Actually, the new self-treatment DVDs will cover in fine details steps that can significantly help people to rehabilitation themselves from injuries in the different body regions. In fact, this method was utilized during group therapy sessions within the former Soviet Union Olympic teams on those occasions when the ration of injured athletes to available therapists was too large.

  • Well I'm glad that you continue to faithfully post your videos. I find them to be informative as well as relaxing. I am a 37 year old male who has a reoccurring achillies tendon injury in my right ankle that doesn't seem to want to go away, no matter how many static or dynamic stretching regimens or self massage treatments I perform. Maybe there's a lot of scar tissue build up? It prohibts me from doing most aerobic exercizes as it swells up fast. Thanks for your passion great work ethic!
