This is great my husband lost 60 lbs and I lost 40 lbs in 4 months ,once you get used to it you dont even realize you are doing it is great i love it!!

im on that diet, its wonderful very balanced, i lost a lot of weight with it even though i didnt exactly know how to do it at first.......now im gonna start to really follow it!!!
