@JazzLoverKhurram I'm not metaphysical, a guru or yogi I assure you. It's not about pride. To me it's about relieveing myself from the belief systems we have been brainwashed into believing. I realise more than ever we really don't know anything at all. For me it's about gaining experience knowledge and raising my vibration as much as I can, because talking to God in that state has no words to describe. I was changed forever from my first spontaneous experience. :)

@jsd101070 This happened to me spontaneously at first. Then I began to master it sort of speak. I recommend adventures beyond the body by william buhlman. It's a very great and informative read also it gives you a number of ways to have obe's. I learned one of his techniques. The most important thing is you have to stay calm you must focus with your intent.

@jimboedwardlee that sounds exactly like Heavenly Father-Mother Om Sri Brahman IAM..because that's exactly one of the the ways S-He communicates with me through Math & Music: S-He is great FUN the best friend you ever had knows you like the back of His hand..well worth developing an intimate and personal relationship with without even leaving your body in the comfort of your home and everywher you go lol !

@imfreeinfinity Did the Love you felt there really change you though that's what I'd like to know? or are you just comfortable with taking egoic pride in being a succcesful psychonaut and yogi like all the others? That's what it's REALLY about isní it and the Light seems to agree with me otherwise I wouldn't be writing this now ;-)

@imfreeinfinity Why not try talking to God the Heavenly Father sincerely simply and directlylike millions of other people just as you might do in your out-of-body state. I experience that Light's Presence (I AM THAT I AM Ain Soph Aur Brahman to give you It's technical Name) everyday albeit not even some of the time with all fireworks and intensity of a fullblown NDE but that just wouldn't be practical would it now lol Best Wishes and Love

@imfreeinfinity I read your comment on astral travel.I have been trying that and meditation myself with no success in it.Can you give me some pointers on astral travel.Ive tried the binairual beats,the theta wave,every thing on the tube Ive tried.Meditation into astral.Lucid dreaming into astral.I did get the dreams to work for me a couple times but,as soon as I realized I was dreaming.I was too exited and I woke up.Any addvise I would be very thankful.Sincerly, Jase.
