Hell of a lot of buzz, something doesn't sound right. What power supply are you using. Try using a diago powerstation, that sucker generates zero noise. Of course the noise could be due to an effect in the chain or a crap cable. Either way you need to get it sorted, sounds like crap..lol

Appreciate the demo. Always good to see what others are doing. I also use a Tri-AC in my chain, but I found my modulation and delay effects pedals sound way better after the Tri than before it. The only distortion pedal I use (other than the Tri) is a Tube Screamer, and I put that before the Tri. Unfortunately, the Tri squashes the volume, so instead of using the Tube Screamer as a boost, I use if for color only. Have you experimented much with the order in your chain?

hey dude! i won't say it's better than the line 6 DL-4, they're kinda different since the DL-4 is a delay modeler and looper.
how am i powering the unit? i have a 10 output power supply, however the nova delay has its own power supply.

i used adhesive velcro on the pedals. then the flooring of the board is carpet. i had a carpenter make the pedalboard for me.

hi, does putting your tuner after the gain based effects alter your tone??
benrox26 3 years ago
hey! it depends on what tuner you're using. if the tuner is true bypass it shouldn't alter your tone. if it isn't you might experience a little signal loss. sometimes not so noticeable.
