These are female names in ancient mythology.While Krishna, Ram are male forms. For "Kal", the female opposite is "Kali" or adding a k , it becomes Kalki. There are lots of translations of the Kalki Puran available, but in garuda puran, Kalki is feminine character. Kal means "Time", where the speed is Gayatri.
