In late February, the Horsetail Fall in Yosemite National Park is lit by the sunlight near dusk and displays a rich color like fire.

Why anyone would think this is a waste of time? It's a beautiful display and someone was kind enough to share it! ... But if you were looking to see a vid of a real 'firefall', then ya, this was misnamed. Otherwise, you 'waste of time' people, should come up here and experience it for yourself. Then tell me how much time you wasted cause you got a glimpse of something that you wouldn't of experienced otherwise. That was an opportunity that Ansel would of eaten up! Lighten up ppl. See the beauty.

@aDinoSupremacist no, the waterfall is geographically located in such a way that it catches the light during sunset at around Feb for 2 weeks under certain weather conditions.

Wait, so it isn't lava? I figured with there being a supervolcano underneath Yosemite that that was lava leaking out.
