When David Heard was based on Arvo Part's Tintinabuli. But the harmonies are similar. Must be a Juilliard thing ;-p

The Auburn University Chamber Choir did this, (I'm a first tenor) and we blew the lid off of this. Such a great piece.

Great song and a wonderful recording! In the past few days I've had a couple hundred views on my Kaipaava video that were referred from this one, and this video has had a couple hundred that were referred from my video. I can't figure out what makes them so related all of a sudden!
My choir took third at state singing this song along with other pieces. At first i didnt appreciate its difficulty but its very beautiful.Also very rewarding at the end if you get it right and hear the overtones! I sang 2 soprano and loved it!
