Good advice:
I recently completed a complience check in March 2011. After sending a years worh of accounting info to them to be checked, I then endured an interview by two HMRC inspectors, one listened and took notes. After the interview, they then did spot checks on all accounting records up to the present day. I wanst prepared for this, but held reasonable good records. The whole experience was stressful. DO NOT PUT YOUR SELF THOUGH IT !!
