This a very good song. Good chords, etc. The piano playing is great. The voice is adequate for what this is, but to be honest and hopefully constructive, you either need much more practice or voice lessons. Many people started out with voices that sounded amateurish and later developed into great singers (watch American Idol for a whole season and see what happens after only a couple of months).
