@Sulked - I fail to see why a PC should kick anyone once, let alone repeatedly as you suggest. PCs are there to uphold the law, not to dispense justice as they see fit.
This is a typical example of how police officers are allowed to assault suspects. Note that the law says someone is only a suspect until a court says otherwise.
So today PC Gillette is kicking the crap out of a suspect drug dealer, tomorrow he mistakes one of your family for a dealer and sticks the boot in on them.
