Mega Man 9 New Game Plus speedrun in 21:21 segment 2: Splash Woman

Here's where I actually start putting my stash of money to use. I buy an M Can, and use it so I can the full use out of Tornado Blow. Well not quite full, as there's one tricky Mega Coil I don't use, but I use all 8 of the Blows I can. Because I didn't use that trick, and because I'm terrible at fighting Splash Woman, my time here isn't too good. The segment time is 1:50, and the total time is 3:50. I'm at least 18 seconds behind optimal right now.

@Sh00peh It's terrible cause my rate of fire was so slow. And I missed once. Ideally she should be dead before she sings a second time.

I'm sure you know what you're doing, but would using the weapon capsule at 1:42 to get in another Tornado Blow or 2 before using the M-Can be of any use?

Not really. There really isn't any other place where an extra TB would help.
