It was organized by Chris Stamey and proceeds went to charities such as the New Orleans Musicians Clinic(www.neworleansmusiciansclinic.org), The Corona Youth Music Project(www.nucleocorona.org), and KidZNotes(www.kidznotes.org).

Featured performers were Vocalists - Norman Blake (Teenage Fanclub), Sidney Dixon, Mitch Easter (Let's Active), Brett Harris, Django Haskins, Ira Kaplan (Yo La Tengo), Matt McMichaels, Tift Merrit, Mike Mills(REM), Jody Stephens (Big Star), Michael Stipe (REM), Matthew Sweet, and Gordon Zacharias
