@InvestigatorDave - if the rate is indeed 2%, then we're pissing (literally) our money away. If it's 2%, then I'd say the drug use among the poor is far lower than the general population. But, hey, it's not relevant at all that little Dickie Scott's wife has an interest in a major drug testing lab - which gets paid by the government for every drug test.

But above and beyond that - I had no idea the Fourth Amendment had been revised to exclude the poor. Imagine that.

Drugs use doesn't have a class. The rich tend to use different drugs, is all.

Surely it's unconstitutional to do a search of a person's body fluids or hair content in order to access a government service.

@booblover779 83% of South Florida does not reflect the entire population moron! In a state that has a population of over 18 million, 8.3% comes out to about 1.4 million. South Florida (Palm Beach, Broward & Miami Dade County) only make up 29.4% of the states population, idiot. Maybe you don't believe the percentage because you don't understand math too well? @witkow22 I guess you missed the point as well or you just did not watch the video. Its stated in this video that a study showed that about 2% of the people tested failed the drug test.. 2%.. Does that figure make Rick Scott's plan effective? No, not at all. So I guess you and the rest of the "CONservatives" are the ones who miss the point.

But the difference between my self and people on welfare using drugs is that I PAY FOR MY DRUGS. Welfare people dont. Simple as that. Dont use tax payer money to buy drugs, use your own
