Health insurance costs rise for many Americans as the public option is pushed forward. While foreclosures continue throughout the country, mortgage lenders are being investigated.
Meanwhile, unemployment figures are still rising while the government increases spending and adds to the national debt to historic levels. The jobless rate has recently upticked to 10% and the upcoming November 2nd elections could prove to be a problem for "big government" politicians.
