  • I left the cross to take shahada but I will not listen to anything Islam has to say untill they deal with the colonization of Africa .I used to say as a child before going to baptist church I wanted to be Muslim I was naive and thought Islam was pure I did not know about the Arabs roll in the colonization of Africa

I do not see any hope for the muslim it is to late for them I put them in the same box as christians.

  • @BamaBoy205SR As a Nigerian American, and convert to Islam, I do not see what colonization of some parts of Africa has to do with one's eternal soul. I read Al Qur'an and recognized it to be the Truth from my Lord. The actions of individuals of a particular faith has nothing to do with that faith per se.

  • @nwadiei I think all religions from outside of Africa that came into Africa was only used to Oppress Africans

Indigenous African faiths are making a huge come back thank god. I have no problem with people wanting to be Muslim and hebrew long as they keep that out of Africa because If yall want to be from the Midlle East claim that part of the world as your nationality but Africa for Africans

  • @BamaBoy205SR U need 2 read more. 30% of males & 10% of females sold into slavery were Mooslem. Pagan African chiefs fought campaigns against their enemies for the purpose of selling them to European slave traders. No Mooslem State led any campaign to enslave negroes. 'Arab pirates got involved with the Trans-Atlantic slave trade. No where in Al Qur'an does it allow kidnapping. You cannot blame Islam. You may however blame some Mooslems.

  • @BamaBoy205SR In my ancestry, I am orignally Edo. My ancestor who joined the Igbo tribe and started the village of Issele-Uku was a warrior for the Benin Empire. He was sent on a campaign to conquer land in what is now Nigeria. He and his 2 brothers failed. In Edo pagan culture, its is required if you dishonor your chief, you must commit ritual suicide. My ancestors said the Hell with that! There was great evil that has been commited and is still committed by animists.

  • @BamaBoy205SR "The Prophet (SAW) said "Whosoever kills his slave: he shall be killed. Whosoever imprisons his slave and starves him, he shall be imprisoned and starved himself, and whosoever castrates his slave shall himself be castrated." (Abu Dawud)

& "You should know that no Arab is superior over a non-Arab and, no non-Arab is superior over any Arab, no white is superior over black and no black is superior over white. Superiority is by righteousness and God-fearing [alone]." (Ibn Hanbal)

  • @BamaBoy205SR oh yeah btw, the slavery in islam is NOTHING like the slavery of the kufar (the christians, jews, pagans and other than them). if a muslim has a slave, he's treated like a prisoner of war more than anything - the muslim has to give him the same quality and type of food, clothing and shelter that he himself uses. lemme cite a couple hadiths for you inshaAllah

  • @BamaBoy205SR listen man... you cant judge a religion by the people who ascribe to it. if you look at the quran itself and what islam calls to (ie tawhid - worshipping allah alone without any partners) you'll see its the most consistant in its message, its not like christianity which changed so much due to innovations. it seems from what you've typed here is you're more concerned with race, tribalism and nationality than finding the truth and understanding your creator. may allah guide you.

  • @BamaBoy205SR African use to sell their own people...how about that?its easy to blame others...learn the history of africa before you blame someone.

  • @nwadiei U do not see how Islam has anything to do with the colonization of Africa by Arabs.

I am African American my people were sent to the Americas after the signing of the Alhambra decree of 1492 it began the transatlantic slave trade

Have to be true to yourself. Most christians will admitt the huge role Christians had on the slave trade.Because they stood by as it was being done and took place in the crimes same with Islam they speak about owning slaves just another slave master religion
