  • Hi! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • I usually eat something like a boneless chicken breast for dinner, or a boca burger, but i always have a whole bag of frozen broccoli and cauliflower or some veggie, is a whole bag unhealthy?
