I have had some problems with my pliers when use the wire cutters. The material I am cutting sometimes gets stuck between the two blades and when I try to open the pliers the handles fold.So what I want to ask is how can I tighten the screws on the handles considering the screws have pins in them ?

Leatherman website tells me Charge Ti is great for emergency and off-road, while Wave seems to cover more areas in their 'great for' list......I am thinking of getting a leatherman and a victorinox... mainly to cover things that one doesn't have while another does. Would Wave be a good buy compared to Charge Ti if main thing I'll be using it would be urban EDC + camping + outdoors?
