It probably doesn't look like...
but as I supposed, all the shafts shortcuts turned out to require an extremely precise timing plus a ton of luck, so I had to split it into two segments.

The only enemies that need to be killed, are those at the first platform, otherwise they would inhibit my progression later on.
On the way up from the second to the third platform, it's very important to have an exact timing at that little block I shortly stop on - if you proceed here to early or to late, you wouldn't get through the fireballs.

That's awesome! I sympathise with segmenting a lot, cutting the shaft is very hard.

I could swear the second grapple sequence was somehow possible to pull off without stopping. I recall jumping forward, Lara aimed more to the right than on this video. Looking at the video, I'd say the cable needs to be longer for the first swing so you can reach higher ground at the corner, so you can jump higher towards the hook, and so end up with a shorter cable, thus reaching the ledge on the first go.

Hmm, I've tried a million times, but I could never get there directly. :P (Are you sure you didn't take the intended way to the first grapple, rather than straightly jumping to it?)

The fastest I could succeed, was immediately continuing after arriving on that block, however that was extremely lucky and very hard to reproduce.
